Roshni Sima

As the principal of JS Law Group, Roshni is an experienced and trusted property and commercial lawyer and is part of the agile and results-driven law firm, JS Law Group. Roshni can assist in a variety of commercial law matters, including selling or purchasing a business or providing advice on how to structure your business. Roshni also provides conveyancing law services, and can assist in any area of property law, whether you are purchasing or selling your first home or if you are purchasing or wanting to lease commercial, industrial or retail premises. As a commercial and property law professional, Roshni has the experience and can provide trusted legal advice to her clients efficiently and effectively.

Nabeela Raihan

As an Associate Solicitor, Nabeela has worked in several areas of the law at reputed organisations in Bangladesh and Sydney. She acted as in-house legal counsel for BRAC, the world’s No.1 development organisation and advised AB Bank Limited, the first and largest private Bank in Bangladesh through which she has gained extensive experience in Commercial law, Compliance and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She also gained experience in Strata Law while working at a reputable strata law firm in NSW. Nabeela joined JS Law Group in July 2023, where she is responsible for assisting with Property Law, various Commercial Law and employment Law matters.

Fred James

Nikita Kidd

Nikita is a solicitor who graduated from the University of Newcastle at the end of 2024 with a Juris Doctor/ Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Since her admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, she has developed experience across a range of practice areas which include, Wills and Estates, Probate, Letters of Administration, Property Law, and Conveyancing. Nikita brings a calm, down to earth and empathetic approach to all matters, while placing a strong emphasis on understanding each individual client’s circumstances and interests.
